Performance/Motorsport Mechanic

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, upgrades and repairs on high-performance JDM vehicles.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality work.
  • Collaborate with our passionate team to optimize vehicle performance.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
  • Uphold a strong work ethic and consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication both verbal and written.
  • Provide support and mentoring to team members who are building/growing their skillset.

Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified mechanic with relevant qualifications.
  • Must have prior experience in the motorsport/performance Industry.
  • Passionate about JDM cars and the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Great time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with welding/fabrication.
  • Experience with wiring/auto-electrical work.
  • Experience with Tuning.
  • Experience with Engine Building.

Performance Automotive Service Advisor

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for sales within the high-performance automotive industry.
  • Experience in a similar role (within the performance industry preferred).
  • A track record of excellence with interpersonal relationships.
  • Exemplary customer service skills with a proven ability to work well under pressure.
  • Superior time management and high-level organisational skills.
  • Clear ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and communicate complex technical information to customers in a way they understand.
  • Adaptable and proficient skillset with technology.
  • A current open driver’s license.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer expectations and outcomes in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Ensure the highest standard of customer service and education.
  • Assist with scheduling of the day-to-day workload.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Manage longer-term build projects.
  • Maintain parts database including stock levels and pricing.
  • Order and allocate incoming parts to jobs.
  • Data entry of invoices into our management system.
  • Carry out customer follow-up and collate feedback from customers.

To make us wish we found you sooner you will possess:

  • Prior experience working in a similar role in the Performance Industry.
  • Sound technical knowledge across performance components, engine assembly processes, build integration and estimated job timelines.
  • A strong eye for detail.
  • Prior experience using Mechanic Desk.
